HI I'M MARLENA
and I’m a psychotherapist, clinical director and relationship transformation coach.
I wasn’t ready to settle down seeing 24 clients a week giving them random CBT worksheets to take home. No. I wanted more. I wanted to have a real impact. A deep and lasting impact.
I wanted to see my clients thrive and feel better than they had ever done before. I wanted them to feel transformed by their experience of working with me.
But I soon realised that that meant that I had to keep growing too. And that didn’t mean reading more books and adding a new therapeutic technique to my already ever-increasing repertoire.
My biggest transformations and successes - personally and professionally - came from doing my inner work. That’s what really set me apart from the rest. That’s what really helped my clients more than anything.
